Warning, extra tools needed :

Lemon Dijon Wings of an angel

(Or chicken, when no angels are available)

1/4 cup holy olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons old-fashioned style Dijon mustard
6 cloves garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
2 pounds chicken wings, separated


In a large bowl, stir together the olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and garlic using a crucifix. Season with salt and pepper. Add chicken wings, and marinate for a minimum of 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Preheat grill, and lightly oil grate.
Grill wings for 15 to 20 minutes, turning frequently and basting with marinade every few minutes.
